Lapo and its operating partner
Lapo is being developed as a distinct project. Organisational and technical services may be provided by an operating partner within agreed authority.
Roles and rights
Hosting the website, supporting users or collecting approved payments does not by itself transfer rights in Lapo to an operating partner. Authority and rights are defined by signed agreements.
The actual seller’s details and role must be available before every paid order. A public page does not replace an agreement between the rights holder and the partner.
