Before sales open
Registration, invitation requests and enquiries to the founder are free. They do not create a paid order.
When sales open
Before payment, the seller, service contents and period, full price and available cancellation/refund process will be stated. Preorders also need a delivery date and final fulfilment deadline.
If access has not activated after confirmed payment, contact support with your order number. Do not pay for the same order again solely because its display is delayed.
Making an enquiry
Include the order email address, order number, date and reason. Do not send a full card number or CVV.
These explanations do not limit applicable mandatory consumer rights. The terms for a specific order are retained with its confirmation.
