The controller of this website’s personal information is Sergii Vlasiuk, the founder of Lapo. We ask only for details needed for your account, enquiry or invitation. For requests about your personal information, write to vlasiuk79@gmail.com.
Information you provide
For an account: your email address, name, sign-in password and selected profile type. Your password is not stored as plain text. For an enquiry: your contact details and message; for Founders Club interest: your message and permission to respond. Do not send identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information through these forms.
Session information and security logs may be processed as necessary for sign-in, preventing abuse and resolving errors.
Why it is needed
Account details are needed to provide the access you request and protect sign-in. Your contact information and message are used to respond to your enquiry. Founders Club interest is processed with your permission to contact you, which you may withdraw.
Your information is not sold to third-party advertisers. Creating an account, contacting the founder or registering interest does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Future news subscriptions require a separate choice.
Retention and service providers
Information is kept for the period necessary for its purpose, account security and applicable legal obligations. We review whether further retention is needed when an enquiry is closed or permission is withdrawn. You may request deletion of information that is no longer needed.
The website and account run on Lapo’s hosting server. When email delivery is active, its provider receives only details needed to deliver the message. Operational providers’ access is limited to their tasks. Do not send payment-card numbers to the Lapo team.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or an end to messages. We may ask you to prove control of your email address to protect your account. If we cannot resolve a concern together, you may contact the competent data-protection authority.
Essential session cookies support sign-in and security; device preferences remember your chosen account theme. Advertising trackers and optional analytics are not connected in the current website version.
